Cooking Class Weekend

Learn how to cook in a fun and relaxed way at Chesny’s Keswick Manor.

Your weekend starts with a welcome reception with refreshments. Then you get to take part in planning the weekend’s menu with our chef. Your Saturday class will begin with a gourmet ingredient scavenger hunt throughout by Bay City. Our chef will then lead a demonstration using some of the gourmet ingredients that you have just discovered. Enjoy refreshments as you and our chef begin preparations for the gourmet cooking class. With our chef by your side you will begin cooking a multicourse gourmet meal. Our chef will teach you the proper techniques and time management skills necessary to prepare a gourmet meal. Sunday will begin with a beautiful breakfast that you can choose to help our chef prepare. To conclude the Cooking Class Weekend at Chesny’s Keswick Manor recipes will be exchanged with fellow participants and our chef.
