• Book public spaces of the Inn for seated guests, 30 people or less for only $150.00.
• Book public spaces of the Inn for seated guests, 31-50 people for only $200.00.
• Book public spaces of the Inn for standing cocktail parties, 51-100 people for only $250.00.

Charges include table linens, china, flatware, glassware, coffee, tea, ice tea or lemonade, ice water, and ice. Prices are all exclusive of taxes.

Wait staff will be billed at the rate of $ 8.00 per hour and is dependent upon the number of guests and type of presentation desired. (i.e. passing trays with food selections to the guests vs. buffet style).
Gratuities are dependent on menu choice and will be added to final invoice.
Parties of over 30 guests require a minimum of 2 staff members.

$20 per person.
Minimum 16 people, maximum 40 people.
